HAPNZ - Holiday Accommodation Parks of New Zealand – It is an industry organization for holiday parks in New Zealand with over 280 members.
 
Hospitality Standards Institute – An exclusive body set up for the hospitality industry.
 
Inbound Travel – The term describes arrival of residents/travelers from other countries into a country. Such arrivals are on short-term basis.
 
Long-haul Travel – The term is used to describe an Air travel of eight or more hours’ duration.
 
MANZ - Motel Association of New Zealand, It is the national trade association representing motels in New Zealand.
 
Retailer - A retailer is a firm, such as a travel or airline, which aims to promote and sale travel concepts to the consumers across the world.
 
Wholesaler - A wholesaler is a firm that purchases products or ground arrangements from the inbound operators, and then repackages the travel products for sale. A wholesale ticket and travel concept provider primarily deals retailers, but in certain cases, it also sells the concepts to the public.
 
WTTC - World Travel and Tourism Council – The council comprises global business leaders’ vis-à-vis, presidents, chairs and CEOs of 100 of the world’s foremost companies. WTTC is the only organization that represents the private sector travel and tourism industry in the world.
